STRENGTH & CONDITIONING KETTLEBELL CLASSES
Small group classes that have a unique balance of kettlebell skills practise, strength and conditioning work and yoga based mobility. Leave the class feeling energised and happy, not crushed and completely fatigued. This allows us to train consistently, performing more volume and achieve superior results without driving ourselves to complete exhaustion.
BELLS ON THE BEACH CLASSES
This is what SCK is all about - training with kettlebells on the beach. We use kettlebells to improve strength and conditioning, incorporating high intensity interval training (HIIT) to maximise calories burnt in a short period of time. The class also features yoga and breath work. We finish off the workout with a swim or surf.
