WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND
Kettlebells are the most effective way to get strong, fit and lean in a short amount of time- they are convenient, versatile and fun to use.

WHAT TO EXPECT
As a physiotherapist and kettlebell instructor I will introduce you to the safe and effective use of kettlebells. Come along each week to progress to learning skills of strength including the 6 most popular kettlebell lifts; the swing, goblet squat, Turkish get-up, military press, clean and snatch.

There will be demonstrations, explanations and plenty of opportunities to practice what you learn under expert supervision.

The final 15 minutes of the class involves a 'workout' that will leave you feeling like you have worked hard but you will be energised and ready for the day.

Whether you are completely new to kettlebells, unfit or you have been using kettlebells for years, you will learn skills of strength that will make you stronger than when you arrived.
