New to kettlebells? Learn the basic techniques required for training with kettlebells at our beginner workshop. The primary focus of the two hour class will be having an in-depth instruction of the kettlebell swing, which forms the foundation of kettlebell training. Led by Physiotherapist and certified kettlebell instructor Geoff Ford, the class will also introduce you to other kettlebell techniques. We welcome every person, young and old, with a desire to get strong and be part of our Sunshine Coast kettlebell community.
